I got my dremel in April 2018. I really messed up I got my waist length hair caught up in it! (Totally my fault) it gave me the worlds longest dread lock in about 2 seconds! After about an hour of untangling my hair from the works I turned on the dremel and of course it was broke. I called the number on the paperwork told them what happened. They told me just to send the unit in and they would fix or replace it! So I did what they said and I got it back really FAST! Plus they included a light attachment (I guess so I can see if my hair is in the way!😄) I am really enjoying my dremel tool now (allways with my hair in a braid!). Happy with the dremel company and the tool.

Needed a flush cut saw to trim some underlayment along the edge of the wall. After reading a slew of reviews landed on Saw-Max. I failed to read that it did not come with a flush cut blade (extra $14 on Amazon) but once the flush cut blade arrived the saw made quick work of the cut. The blade did seem to dull quickly cutting particle board but it did the job without burning it. Some reviews said the saw got very hot to hold. This was not a problem for me but I did notice after shutting it off and coming back a few min later that the saw body was fairly warm. I could see how after an extended use it could become hot. It would be great if there was a way to flip the blade to the other side. In my case trimming along a wall I was left with about 8" that I couldn't get to with the Saw-Max. This is an issue with any circular saw but would be cool if it could.

I bought the US40-03 to help me trim cabinet finishing panels in addition to a Worx Worxsaw. Two things that immediately turned me off were the fact that the Dremel is LOUD... and it couldn't make very deep cuts. These two things I hated initially made this my go-to saw as my project went along... here is why: First problem... its LOUD: its loud because its FAST. The Worx saw comes in at about 3500 RPM while the Dremel US40-03 pulls in at 13000 RPM. Even with a 120 tooth blade on the Worx saw, I couldn't make fast clean cuts... the US40-03 on the other hand did an amazing job. I literally destroyed 2 panels with the Worx before I ran back to this saw. Also, high spindle speed somehow almost eliminates chips, and prevents this saw from walking off track... I can't put my finger on it, but maybe its acting like a gyroscope, or the material just doesn't get a chance to fight the saw when its rotating so fast. Equipped with a simple clamp-down rail I can do what is only possible with a $600 track saw.
